Such a hard thing to have to organise, on top of everything else that is going on. I specialise in creating designs that really portray the person. I like to create a design that is made in such a way that you would be able to take away with you, flowers can be so expensive. I can create in such a way that different members of the family may take away flowers with them rather than just leave them there, or you may want to take to the wake?
My designs are very natural, be-spoke and not commercial at all. Totally individual for you.
I am happy to make a home visit rather than you having to go into a shop environment, I can speak to you in your own home or if you would rather speak on the phone of course that’s fine too.
Returning Gently to the Earth
For families who value sustainability or wish to honour a life in a natural, environmentally conscious way, I offer funeral flowers created using fully compostable mechanics.
Traditional floral foam and plastics are replaced with sustainable structures that naturally break down over time. Every arrangement is thoughtfully designed so that it can return to the earth, a meaningful “flowers back to earth” approach that feels especially fitting for burials and natural ceremonies.
This allows you to honour your loved one beautifully, while treading lightly on the environment.
Bespoke Casket Sprays
I also offer casket sprays that are carefully designed with a second life in mind.
Visually, they have the same impact and fullness during the service. However, they can be thoughtfully constructed so that after the ceremony, the arrangement can be divided into several generous posies, for example, four pieces for immediate family members to take home.
This means loved ones can keep a tangible part of the tribute, rather than leaving the flowers at the crematorium (unless that is your preference, of course).
It’s a gentle way to extend the life and meaning of the flowers beyond the day itself.
